It's that time of year again, for the fifth annual Quilting and Needle Art Extravaganza.  It is our fifth year and we will have the front corner with our wonderful  Pfaff sewing machines, the Pfaff  PowerQuilter P3 quilting longarm, and lots of fabrics, gifts, notions and all sorts of quilting goodies.  We will be doing demos all day! 

Lots of your favorite vendors are returning and some new vendors that I know you will love.  

Do you love wool appliqué and stitchery?  These vendors will have lots of luscious colors of wool and threads to go with them.

Are you shopping for a sewing machine?  Then QNAE is the place to comparison shop.  The Cottage Quilt Shop from Taylorsville, NC will feature the Handi Quilter and Baby Lock Sewing Machines.  

Featherweight Poppy will be here with his cute little Singer featherweights. (He can service them too, if you want to drop it off while you shop.) 
Sew Original will have Bernina.
Quilters Loft will have Pfaff.

I am crazy about buttons and old linens - and I bet you are too.  Dusty’s Vintage Buttons and The White House from Heath Springs, SC will have a fabulous assortment of things to look through.

Susan Edmonson does things by hand and on the sewing machine that are indescribable.  Her altered world is worth a visit.

Yarn and Fibers - Empty Pockets Alpaca Farm will feature yarn and items from her alpacas raised here in NC.  Now that is buying local.  


Friends and Fiberworks will be here from Asheville, NC.  They carry a wide assortment of yarn, needles and patterns.


Knit One - Stitch Too is returning for the 5th year.  Betsy will feature knitting yarns, crochet supplies, and continuous strand weaving.

Always on the lookout for a unique pattern?  Goneaway Quilting from Cleveland, NC will have her original patterns and hand dyed fabrics for sale.  


Hissyfitz Designs will feature her whimsical applique designs that are sure to put a smile on your face.


Quiltricks will have original patterns for items from wallets to wallhangings to full size quilt designs.

Knit One - Smock Too from Winston Salem always has a wonderful assortment of hand stitching ideas.  Hand applique, hand smocking, and hand embroidery are three of their specialties.

Do you love Jim Shore fabrics and figurines?  Kathy’s Patchworks from Alexandria, Va. specializes in Jim Shore products.  Jan Shore will be here too, with her line of embellishments and trims for crazy quilting.

Judy Lea's Studio from Concord will feature silks and embellishments for art quilts.  


Textile Treasures from Winston Salem will feature batiks and prints from all over the world for your special projects.

LCM Enterprise will be in the hallway with wooden display cases and ruler racks.

Are you thinking about a career in long arm quilting? 

Loving Stitches from Fayetteville will feature Gammill long arm machines in their booth.
The Quilting Solution from Taylorsville, NC will feature affordable long arm machines and computer control systems for any machine, both  manufactured here in NC.

Quilters Loft will have the Pfaff PowerQuilter P3, made in Utah!

Schoolhouse Quilts will be in the back corner with almost every notion ever invented and every book that has ever been written.

Sew Original from Winston Salem, NC and Studio Stitch from Greensboro, NC will be in the other back corner with Bernina Sewing Machines.  In addition to giving away a Bernette 46 sewing machine each day at 2 pm, (you must be present to win), this mother and daughter duo has lots of demonstrations planned.

Some Art Fabric from Atlanta, Ga. is a new vendor this year.  She specializes in unique cotton prints from around the globe and unusual patterns for children’s clothing.

CF Tomchick makes the most beautiful raku fired ceramic buttons and pins.    I could stand in her booth and dream of projects that I want to make all day long.

YLI from Rock Hill, SC will have a wide assortment of hand and machine sewing threads that are manufactured in the USA.

And last but not least, The Quilter’s Gallery will have both batik and print fabrics.
